In November, Magal hosted an afternoon with five Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) apprentices, including team leader William Honeywood. William leads a team of seven JLR apprentices that are focused on the integration of CAD design within the early stages of RFQ process.
The visit was intended for the JLR apprentice team to understand the capabilities of Magal Cables and gain first-hand knowledge of how our products are designed and tested for manufacture. The team also learnt about the key initial design boundaries that influence cost to a design during the RFQ process and initial build phase.
Thank you to our JLR guests – William Honeywood, Jacob Greenhow, Luke Marsden, Aaron Allison and Abigail Hodges for coming along to our Magal Cables facility and look forward to the next training day.
